Today's workouts:

Blender- "New Chest Muscle Meltdown" -22 min.
IFit- New Zealand elliptical hike - 15 min.

Just a little “history fact” for you girls….my elliptical hike this AM was on Baldwin Street,
Dunedin, New Zealand. For years, it was said it was the steepest street in the world.
but, I was just reading about it, and it seems in 2019, Baldwin Street lost it’s title to
another location, so it might be second now.

so, steepest or not, it was a good little hike up! :)

LMR Lower Body on the rotation schedule today. I added on the Balance Disc Bonus & wanted some core work, so I also did Core Max #2 (Stability Ball). I did increase weights & went a little heavier than they used & even used the blue fabric band & the blue firewalker band (for a couple of the exercises).

Hi ladies,

Today was a 95 minute gym circuit consisting of 5 machines including 2 leg machines. Dumbbell chest press using 20's, 25's and 30's. Same weights for hammer curls, Seated clean and press with 10's and 12.5's, tricep kickbacks with 10's and 12.5's. Bicep curl up and rotate down with 10's and 12.5's. Tricep holding fat end of a dumbbell with a 20. Wrist curls with 10's and 12.5's.

Sled to 10 plates so moderate weight.

Floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.
