Today's workouts:
YT-CrossRope- "Heart Pumping Back & Biceps-Ropeless Jump Rope & Dumbbells" - 20 min.
YT-Kate's Home Fitness- "10 min. Rebounder Walk"
YT-BodyFit by Amy- "TRX Stretch workout" - 15 min.
Looks like it was a "YouTube" day for me! LOL!

Annette, YAY!! 80 minutesHi ladies,
Today was Back and Biceps and Forearms, pyramid style oh my!!
My inner thighs are killing me from yesterday's workout.
So I did dumbbell Biceps Curls using 10's and 12.5 ( can't do 8 with the 15 pounds so I did 10's for both middle and heaviest set), but for hammers I did 12.5, 15's and 17.5 both up and down the pyramid.
Then I did wrist curls with 10's, 12.5 and 15's.
Then I did the back machine which was tough especially trying to do all the holds both under and other hand grips. So I skipped one grip because it was taking too long because I did 25 pounds each side then 35 and then 45, I did not go back down because it was very time consuming exercise.
Then I did the leg extension machine up to 70 pounds for 2 reps.
Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes some weighted.
Then a stretch. All in all ended up being 80 minutes, longer than I was expecting.
