Hi ladies,

Crazy morning here, trying to get some work done before dr. appt. with DH the rest of the day..

Rest day - I did CLX Ab Burner, then Cathe Stretchmax 1 and 3.
 
Hi Conni,

My RWH finally came in! This morning I did Chest/shoulders/triceps with bonus abs two. It was good - and tough. Cathe sure can lift a lot!

I did lauren Brooks again. Workout 2 from newest DVD. That workout is deceiving...I'm still huffing and puffing.
