Hi Everyone,

Good to see many of us checking in yesterday. Elsie - are you back with us for good or just until the end of the week?

I plan on buying the new dvds for sure. I did not buy the fit tower workouts as I do not do a lot of barre workouts in general. I can use them off the WB nonetheless.

Today I did a Cathe Live Kickboxing workout maybe from way back when she started CL. It was good - not too tough.

So far I have run through my own kickboxing workout adding in some new moves (crescent knees, crescent kicks, body shots ) and I didn't pay attention to what I had for each individual song I just kept going through the combos whether the music changed or not. I think it worked out better and was more fluid. That was 50 minutes. Not sure if I will do more or not.

Seeing the PT at 1 and the doctor at 3, my arms are so painful with prickly, sharp, stabbing like nerve pain that I can't deal with especially at night. [emoji44].

Hello ladies! Ceci, I looove Cathes Live Kickboxing workouts. So much energy. Annette, listen to your body. Prickly and stabbing pain? Not good. Be careful. Today I did a Cathe Live for lower body then went to an outlet mall. My butt is saying YIKES!! Have a great night everyone.
