Hi ladies,
Today I went to the gym and did 35 minutes on the stair machine on an interval setting, then I did the leg press machine for 2 sets. Then I got on the elliptical machine and did the fat burn program for 22 minutes the 1st 5 minutes were going backwards.
Now I am finally home. Barely beat Dh home from work.
