Hi ladies!

Boy is it humid here-yuck!

Today was a workout blender mix of biceps/triceps, abs and a stability ball stretch. I use to lift so much more than I do now but today I felt like it.

I also love the workout blender. Today I did a short PLB + AB mix (standing only for PLB) + a short 30 minute Sweat on Demand Cycle workout.

I am back to work on thursday so won't be able to have such long workouts :(

Melanie - I guess your daughter loves horses! And, helping people. I am not an equine therapist but I am a social worker and have a private practice doing psychotherapy! Equine therapy seems to be a growing field. I know another young woman studying ET in Guelph.
 
I am planning on going into town for a HIIT workout... plus the fridge is empty so it will double as a grocery run.
Don't you hate how making a living interferes with workouts Ceci ;0 I would love to be a professional athlete!

Melanie-I had to laugh at your comment about how making a living interferes with workouts. As much as I complain about going to work I don't think that I am the personality NOT to work . ;)

I get up at 5:30 so I can get them done and start my day.
 
Hi ladies,

Today I went to the gym and did 35 minutes on the stair machine on an interval setting, then I did the leg press machine for 2 sets. Then I got on the elliptical machine and did the fat burn program for 22 minutes the 1st 5 minutes were going backwards.

Now I am finally home. Barely beat Dh home from work.
