Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Xtrain Legs + rear delts + a 4 minute Turbulence Training Tabata + 15 minute pilates by Lisa workout. I am a sweaty mess!

Thanks for the update Elsie. Going without sleep is awful. I went through a short period of that when I was in peri-menopause. Progesterone fixed that!

And Aquagirl, you are from Virginia. Annette is from - Arkansas? I suddenly want to put on a southern accent.

I have lived in VA,TN(3 X), MISSISSIPPI,NC,MD and currently live in PA. I was born in VA.

Wow, that is quite a workout today Ceci. I love Xtrain Legs!! & Yes, I cannot wait to sleep again. I know I have been groaning around here for quite some time, so thanks for putting up with me folks. :cool:

Having not traveled too far into the States, I have a admit that I know practically nothing about PA or VA. I definitely want to visit though! I like doing history tours etc. A Wichita Mtns hiking trip has been on my list here for some time as well! I used to have family in Southern California, so that would be a nice trip as well. Not sure how many cousins are left there any longer though.

My w-o was Cathe LIVE Kickboxing & Compound Weights. Her LIVE kickboxing is fantastic!! I was pretty zapped by the end of it, but because I'm crazy (and I need more stability work!) I also added on a YT w-o.

Ok now for my workout. I did Cathe's MMA Kickbox cardio only. I have pain between my shoulder blades that I can't figure out how to make it feel better. Carrying a laundry basket hurts[emoji17]. Have a great day!

Hi ladies!

Great workouts! Today I had an extra long day at the office catching up after leaving earlier yesterday.

Then in the evening when I picked my son up from his playdate he was having so much fun playing soccer so we got home late and I wasn't sure I could squeeze in a longer w/o session... But I did! And now I need to get some shut eye.

I did Body Beast Build Legs which is an excellent leg w/o that I really should do more often. I also did KCM Quick Cardio fix w/o 1 just to get some cardio in after all of those hours sitting still at the office.

Hi girls, finally got a workout in, before rest.....I did the upper body sections from the 1st 2 fit tower DVDs,and
Used the warmup & stretch from the 3rd. Pretty good little workout....

Yes, Elsie, I am well satisfied with the new Fit tower & DVDs, etc....I just hope Cathe will produce at least a couple
More to use with it, & I hope that the ones that would like to get it outside US, will be able to at some point...

CeciFifi, I don't think I have an accent, but do enjoy hearing that "southern drawl" :)
