Yesterday I discovered the German Amazon site had a whole load of Beachbody programs for 50% or more off, so of course I couldn't help ordering a few to add to my collection. I am really a sucker for a good deal!
Last week I discovered my mom does Cathe dvds at her community center with other retired ladies so when she visited me last week we did another Cathe step. Cathe rules!
Last Friday my colleague that sits next to me told me he had ordered his first set dumbbells. So I recommended some Cathe Raw or Rippedism to get started and yesterday he told me he had gone ahead and purchased Rippedism and started the 60 day program. Looks like I am rubbing off on not just my family but also my colleagues. [emoji2]
Tonight I did RwH Chest, shoulders and Tri's. ouch! I think this may be one of my last weeks lifting heavy. I feel like my body is getting more and more tired, so I may need to not exhaust myself too much and stick to lighter workouts. I think I may have said that before... but so far I am still enjoying the workouts.
