Hi Everyone,

I took a rest day today. My body is just too sore to do anything other than stretching.

Sherri - fires? smoke? I can't even imagine what that's like to live through. It happens out west here but I've never lived through it

Geoff - What! you don't know what the workout blender is? Check out Cathe Live. it's all there; every one of her workouts + you can create your own workouts which is sooooooooooo fun. That will keep you busy for about a year :)

Yes, CA is amazing. Beaches, mountains, earthquakes, fires, and drought. It's always something here.

KY, Gym Style chest & Triceps 32 min. pre-set then 35 minutes Spinning intervals followed by a 10 minute TM cool down to help me find my land legs again.

Hi everyone,

Today I eventually came to the gym, when my pool day got messed up sigh.

At the gym I did 16 minutes on the stair machine and 50 minutes on the elliptical and only 6 minutes of abs and a stretch.
