Daily Check in Tuesday August 21th, 2018

HELLO!
Sorry about being MIA but we have been on vacation and I also did a vacation from social media. Our flight is delayed so I am returning to the internet earlier than planned out of boredom :)
I did a few runs and some weights over the last week sand we walked over 20,000 steps sightseeing yesterday. Unfortunately I have also been eating way too much and rehydrating with beer so it’s back to the basics tomorrow... clean eating and a whole lot of Cathe!

Hi ladies,

Today I wasn't sure what I was feeling up to do, sigh. I went on You Tube and needing something quick (had a couple of things to do before 1), so I picked a gymra 15 minute bikini ready workout. Basically, she did 15 exercises for a minute each with a 10 second break in between. Some of the exercises were speed skate, punching front, crossbody punch, high knees, basketball leap, squat punch, and more. Wasn't too bad.

After taking one son to get his car at the shop and the other son to work, I stopped by one store to look.

Then I went to the gym and did 33 minutes on the elliptical machine and 40 minutes of weight work. Wasn't totally into it but I tried to not tax my shoulder.

Not too bad for a day when nothing looked appealing.
