Today was Jessica Smith 15m Cardio Party & Margaret Richard Sculpture Lower Body 1st half w/2 # leg weights. Youza. This is a sneaky workout. Stay cool everyone.
 
Hi,

Today I stayed home and did a Spanish Cardio Kick, I made it to the floorwork and stopped, so I did 57 minutes of the 61 minute workout. It was tough and she used weights for part of the workout.

Oh my, so once you do one Spanish workout on YouTube (which I did a couple of months ago) ,all your suggested workout are in Spanish,LOL!

Cooler here today.

Hi Ladies,

An online / You Tube Cathe workout the the books! For a 20min workout it had good cardio and I broke a good sweat! If I knew the cardio was going to be that intense I would have put my legwarmers on!! Yes, you can laugh..However, when I do cardio my lower legs get sore and they help them from tensing up. Is it just me or does it look like she has goggles on??
