Good morning Tammy... UGH... I feel for you, that first day back is not fun!
I don't know what I'll be doing today, but it will be something. I managed to squeeze in 30 minutes of step in a very hectic afternoon/evening yesterday so I feel good about getting it done today with nothing much going on.
Best of luck to you guys getting back into the swing of things! That must be hard after such an inspiring weekend.
Today was Patrick's Step my Way and the stability ball section from PUB. This way I don't have to try to tackle it tomorrow after I do the weight portion!}(
I'm geting ready for S/H chest and back with a little pilates thrown in afterward. On the rt, our guest speaker was a PT and she talked about the importance of balance, pilates, yoga types of wo's. I don't do any of that. So, I guess I'll try.

Phyllis! YES! I did see the video of the step class and I could FEEL the energy !!!!! I would have LOVED to be there!!!
I love all your pictures and love that everyone is sharing so much about the RT. I don't think it makes anyone feel bad, in fact I *almost* feel like I was there.
I just went for a 30 min. power walk and it felt great!:7
I did Pilates for Dummies after S/H. I find it incredibly boring! DS remarked, "who is that - it's not Cathe" I'll have to find one that's more interesting.

I did MUSCLE MAX's Upper body premix today for my workout. I hope to be able to workout regularly this week since the heat is going to be less intense.
Well...I finally crashed from my RT high sometime around 1 PM this afternoon....I am SSSOOOO tired!

Phyllis ~ Any workout after our LIVE classes w/Cathe would seem boring! I told my coworkers where I was going before I left and they were FULL of ?'s for me today!

ITread 21 (running intervals) is awesome! Think of sprints but super long ones and then put longer (jogging/running) recoveries in between them. OMG it was TOUGH! I had to recover at a slower speed in order to keep up once she picked up the pace but WOW! VERY intense work out in a nice little package. I think there were 3 or 4 intervals in all and she gives you one walking break. I highly recommend it! It's like doing an IMAX on the TM!}(
Tammy, that premix is good, since I don't do much lower body these days any upper body premix works well for me. And yes, it was much cooler today and my dh said it is supposed to be 75 degrees on Sat. as a high, that will feel wonderful!!!:7
