Today I did Cross Fire minus the final tabata (I just couldn't go on for another intense 4 minutes). I did the stretch. I am a sweaty mess.

Hi ladies,

In the final two weeks before the High School Musical, "Hello Dolly". It is going to be chaotic ( already is!!) so I am limiting my workouts to 60 minutes a day to be able to help DS get going in the mornings after long rehearsal evenings..

Today was DrillMax, but I didn't have that much time so I did BC instead. Haven't done that in ages, it felt good!!
 
Hi ladies knee is coming along. Amazing what a little rest will do. There has been a small change and I now start tomorrow. Much better for me. One more day of rest and It's the last day of mom's visit.

Hi gals,

I did a mix and match weight workout using Muscle Max and Pure Strength including abs (upper body only). Then I did what was supposed to be a 15 min. cardio off of Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30 Minutes to Fitness TLC workout but it was only about 10 min. But a little cardio nonetheless.

I think I will now go and soak up some sun!!:D
