Nora, great workout yesterday with LITE- PHA 2- Timesaver #4- = 36 Min
Virtual Active- Indoor Cycling World Tour--Guided Tour- Ride 1 Oregon= 36 Min
STS 2 - Abs/Core workouts- Standing Abs = 11 Min

Annette, I see you got your floorwork in later on yesterday! Good for you!

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did LMR2 Cardio Fusion something or other. It was 31 minutes. I slept in so feel short on time.

Linda - Oh how I envy you and your rebounder. I want one but my ceiling in the basement here is too low :(
Annette - Thanks for keeping us posted. I also enjoy pilates and find it really tough - especially YT Move with Nicole! I'm sure you're missing your workouts. I hope good news is on its way re: your health :)

Hi ladies,

Today I was feeling good and decided to do KCM Boxing Combos (36 minutes) with my boxing gloves on and then did her 8 minutes bonus flip up/ push up (which I did mostly all abs). Both off KCM TLC workout.

I feel good.

Well, Annette, when I saw the above, I immediately started singing & humming the old James Brown song,
" I feel good...(music) I knew that I would now (music) " LOL! (maybe you're not familiar with that old song, but I am. :) Nice workout with Kelly with TLC Boxing combos-36 min. and 8 min. bonus flip up/push up.
 
I know the song,Linda. Today's workout felt like a 'normal' workout for me to pick to do. Hopefully tomorrow the cardiologist will give me the ok to start lifting again.

Here's a story from my hospital stay: the cardiology Nurse Practitioner who saw me first was a tall brusque (not sure of the spelling) middle age man.

He first asked in a awkward way who the other man in the room was, to which my husband replied "her husband ", then he joked it off like yay that makes sense.

When he asked if I drank and I replied that I only drink water to which he replied 'eww nobody drinks just water' like I lied to him. I replied that I do to which he made a weird face.

This NP and my attending doctor did NOT see eye to eye on things. The NP was rather rude and told me that I was lucky to be alive and most people might not have woken up. Some medical people need to work on their bedside manner.
