Daily Check-in, Tuesday, April 15, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a Dan the Hiit Man workout (same guy from T&D, apparently they broke up? maybe I'm getting confused). It was a total body workout for 33 minutes but took me 40. I will do my own stretch now.

Annette - Have we ever known you to take a rest day during the week? I was surprised by your check-in yesterday. I hope you enjoyed your rest and chat with Judy. I hope your dental appointments aren't too stressful.
Linda - enjoy your workout!
Nora - WTG with your mish mosh of a workout yesterday. You and Linda include so much variety.

IFit- Basic Mobility Elliptical Workout # 13- 18 min.

Hi ladies,

Well, Siobhan I guess there is a 1st for everything. But yesterday did end up being a rest day.

Today, however, was an 85 minute gym circuit consisting of 4 machines, cables, and dumbbells then the sled but only to 8 plates( and 2 young women and 1 young man helped to unload it), the floorwork for abs(some with 7 pound weights) , and legs with 1 shoulder exercise thrown in for good measure. And a stretch.


I am already feeling it.

Hey, Ladies!
So much going on with the sale of my house and purchase of another. I have to watch everything and have caught so many mistakes. Mortgage company giving me an outrageous amount interest rate. Wells Fargo says my FICO score is 849 and mortgage company is saying it's under 700 which is BS!!! I am so mad right now. I asked them if I get dinged on paying my bills on time and more than minimums? I only have 3 debts besides current house. Sorry to vent. It's one thing after another here.

Selling/Buying home can be so stressful…and in your case, doing both at the same
time is a double dose of stress!
