Hi everyone,

Been very irregular in my workouts. BUT today is the first day of school and life will return back to normal. Hopefully, so do my workout and study routines.

I've decided to not try and do 70-90min of workouts. It's not working for me. For now, I think 45-60min/day is enough until I have a routine established again.

Today was L&G+abs.

Yesterday was Step Jam and a 40 minute walk, just beautiful outside.

BodyMax is on the schedule for today.

Carole - I'm glad your ankle didn't give you any more trouble. Boston was one of my favorites too. I think I have an old cassette of them here somewhere. I'll let you know if I find it.

Yesterday: KPC and the floor section of GymStyle Legs, leg curls, and step-ups with light weights.

Tonight: Biceps and leg work on schedule (LOL, I wrote keg work instead of leg work and then correced the typo. Keg work, however, might not be a bad idea).

Yesterday was GS back and coremax 1. Today is L&G floorwork twice and abs.

Dutchie- My exercising had been irregular also, but I'm finally getting back on track.

Jane- I love bodymax. It was a great day for a walk.

Cathy- You have a tough leg work.

Tammy it does feel like Monday ! But it is frist day of school for my DD starting high school. First days are always fun; I just tool her ptcture and sent her off.

Kim- do you have DOMS after L&G floor work times two?

Dutchie- Your plan to aim for 45-60" daily may just be what you need. Sometimes I just have to do that myself or go to a five work two rest day plan. We gotta do what fits. Your fitness and attitude will benefit if you feel as though you meet your goals!

Jane- I did not have time to finish BM yesterday so I have to tack on Biceps, triceps and Abs segments today. Hopefully it will go well for you.

Cathy- KPC is alwyas a great work out and with your add ons even better!

Carole- are you resting from your trail run??


Today is supposed to be Leaner Legs I believe. I have to check the rotation.

For me, well my routine is a little messed up this week. I did NOTHING yesterday. x( Today I will do what I was supposed to do yesterday...circuit, cardio and abs....I'm thinking VIPER, Low Impact Step and a short ab segment.

Good morning everybody! :)

I am a little frustrated, I didn't get to exercise the last 2 days and I am not sure about today. I am hoping to get 30 mins in on my treadmill after work, but I won't bet on it x( .

My stupid wisdom teeth threw me off the track and now I have a hard time getting back.

Dutchie - I know exactly how you feel, I can't wait to get my routine back

Good morning everyone! Back to the grind :) I'm so happy all the kids are back to school so the malls & such will be a little less crazy.

I'm not sure what I'm up to today. I was thinking maybe IM3 & PP. Maybe a coremax in there, too. We'll see how the day progresses.

Fabulous workouts going on as always, my fellow Catheites! Where is that announcement??? I know we are all chomping at the bit...

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was the Fiesta Day: 5 minute brisk walk (chased dogs around the yard), 400 walking lunges w/15lbs (8 sets of 50), 400 jumping jacks (200 non stop and then 100 stopped and started again til the end), 100 dips( 4 sets of 25) w/25# dumb bell, 8 set of 8 pushups (this one was tough, but did them all)8 squats w/90#, and 500 crunches from all angles w/10# plate.
My bum is sore this morning. LOL!

Today will be ME and Stretch Max!

I am starting the Sept. rotation a day later than I'd planned. But just couldn't fit in a workout yesterday with it being the holiday.
So today was Stepworks! Really fun, and a good way for me to start out the week.:)

Good morning!

Today I did Rhythmic Step before work. I have a 50 minute yoga class at lunch today and planning to do a Core Max after work.

After a 2-3 weeks of "easier" workouts my fatigue seems to have gone so I'm trying to gradually work back up to 2 workouts a day (before and after work or before and lunch) to rev up the metabolism.

I started the September rotation yesterday, did Franny 2202 Step instead of Stepworks ( which I don't have..).
Today was Bodymax, that one kicks my booty!

It has been quite a while since I have checked in, but that doesn't mean I haven't been doing anything! I have been working my little (hopefully soon it will be) tush off!

Today I did HCX Interval and Blasts sans leg drill plus MM abs. It feels aweome! I am watching my little and beautiful nephew today, along with my own toddler, so I guess i could have skipped this morning. :+

Dutchie...sounds like a good plan cutting back the workouts. Sometimes it can be tough to squeeze in the longer ones when you get too busy.

Jane...good workout. Thanks and my ankle feels good today so I'll try a short run. "Don't Look Back" is my fav Bostin song. Even their newer stuff a few years back wasn't too bad...:)

Cathy...I think I've typed keg for leg alot...I try to correct my many typos before I post...:)

Kim...L&G floorwork twice is a good burner...

Tammy...enjoy Imax2..the music is great in that one.

Judy...I did rest yesterday. Although spent about 3 hours doing yardwork. I truly hate weeds!!

Wedny...how do you like Low Impact Step?

Kristine...you'll be back on track in no time. rest days can actually help..

Yesterday was PLB stability ball, GS Legs, and Imax2 intervals 6-10.

This morning was PUB. Got SAS now (Shakey Arm Syndrome). Tonight is the ab section and a 20-minute run.

Tuesday, back to work....ugh. I need some "keg" work!!

Hi everybody,

This is my first ever check in. I'm going to do the beg/int rotation--sort of. I'm at beginner level in cardio but I've got some problem with my hip, it might be arthritis or even a strained ligament, so I can't do the step workouts. I'm going to substitue with Leslie Sansone and cycling. Yesterday DH and I rode 20 miles on a trail. It was a glorious day and did much to lift my spirits.

I can handle advanced level strength traing but I don't have enough equiptment or DVD's. The only Cathe DVD's I have are the beg/int that I bought primarily for the cardio. I'm going to follow the strength segments with heavier weight. I need to invest in some more DVD's that focus on weights but I'm tapped out:-( We had to replace our HVAC system this summer and were having the exterior of our house painted starting tomorrow. Ouch!!

Today is upper body with ab add on.
