Gooood Moooorning everyone, and a wonderful morning it is. Sun is already glaring in a clear blue sky. Temp will be around 85 today and I'm at work :(

Did Imax 3 intervals 1-5 for the second time ever. After the first try a couple of months ago my knees hurt, but with my new rubber flooring, no problems... There's just one thing: how do they jump the full length of the step ????? I can't!!! Practice practice and practice again, I guess.

After, I did GS-Legs standing only. All in all about 75 minutes.

I strayed from my planned workout and did Gauntlet instead of what I was planning to do.
Tonight I will do last night's planned workout: Steady state cardio and freestyle leg work (some standing exercises from :pLB,and floor work from L&G).

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was a power walk/run for 6 miles. Very, very hot in the middle of the afternoon so I could not make it a complete run this time. :-( Also did some squats and leg curls.

Today will be Legs and Glutes and KPC. Also 1000 crunches while watching TV in the evening. I don't care what anyone says about doing alot of crunches...THEY ARE WORKING!!!!

I'm running behind this morning so I'll have to make this quick.

Yesterday - step combos from LowMax with warm up and TimeSaver #5, all leg work with abs and planks and stretch.

Today - upper body - not sure if PUB or GSs.

Tammy - how are you doing? I made it yesterday. On track so far today.

It is raining like crazy here today. Yesterday after CTX: UpperBodySplit I did the cardio and stretch from AllStep - very fun!

Today I am continuiing with my trip down Cathe Lane and am going to do IM#1 and some ab work.

Dutchie: Glad to see you are having a better day today, even though you have to work:-( .

Cathy: The Gauntlet is another DVD I haven't used since getting the HardCores. I must do that one soon.

Charlotte: Enjoy L&G/KPC....two of my faves. I'm not with you on the 1000 crunches though:eek:!!!!

Jane: Yes....I made it through yesterday without sabotaging my diet, although I swear my body still feels the effects from the weekend. I am a bit more sluggish than usual. Enjoy your UB workout....I love working my UB.

Carole: CTX: UpperBodySplit is a good, solid UB workout at about 60 minutes. You have to include your own W/U and C/D. It is rather old, so I was able to go really heavy in weight on the exercises. The tricep pushups are killer, and I am still feeling them this morning. Try it!!!

Morning all!

Last night I did Coremax Tough Abs premix (starts with levitation holds, ends with planks:eek: ) and ME including the abs section.

This morning I got up and did 200 walking lunges (I think the cat thought I'd gone insane) and 200 sit ups. Later on I'm doing Imax 3.

Good Morning Ladies.

Today is cardio for me...Cardio Kicks is calling me! :) After that it's some extra leg work.

Dutchie-I hated being at work when the weather was really nice. Used to go outside to smoke and daydream about being ANYWHERE but there so I feel for ya!

Cathy-The Guantlet is one tough w/o! I will probably do the same leg work today that you are doing.

Charlotte-You go with those crunches, you maniac! }(

Jane-I haven't done LowMax in a while...I should pull it out for my next cardio day.

Tammy-UB split is one heck of a work out, isn't it!? I remember the first time I did it I paired it up with LL and OMG! I thought I'd die! :eek: LOL (Never did that again!!!)

Shelley-Nice ab work last night, girl! Have fun w/IMAX 3 today!

Sandra-You are doing awesome work outs! Everyone used to be amazed at me...they better be amazed at YOU now!!!:7

Tammy, it is going to take a week at least for me to get back to normal. Yesterday's workout was better than Sunday, but still not my usual. I am very sluggish.
 
Good morning everybody!

I don't have any workouts to report :( . I got all 4 wisdom teeth cut out last Tuesday and yesterday I found out that I have a dry socket on one of them x( !
I lost 7 pounds :eek: (not that I really need to) and I miss working out so much, but unfortunately I still don't feel up to it x( . I just have to listen to my body, but hopefully I can do a light workout after work today or tomorrow morning. :)
But I sure enjoyed my time on the couch last week!!! :7

Today was Christi 9801 step and Cathe ab hits. 9801 is now one of my easiest workouts, what is up with that?

Today PLB and CoreMax 2&3. May get on the treadmill too. My hip flexors are sore from being on it. I like it though!

I did one of my very favorites today... IMAX2(Just LOVE it!) and also shoulders, bi's and tri's from MIC. I feel worked out and ready to face the day.

Morning Everyone,

Today is Leaner Legs and a 3 mile run. Have some good DOMS :D from doing PS Upper Body yesterday. I hadn't done those in quite a while and I upped my weights on everything. :) Probably why I have those DOMS.

Sandra....I think Mega Step Blast was my very 1st Cathe!! Love the outfits...:)

Good workout Dutchie. I use a Reebok step and it is a few inches shorter than the regular Club Step so it isn't as tough to jump the length!..:)

Cathy..I have strayed from what I posted too. I think I did yesterday..

Charlotte...I am sure not ditching crunches!! I think done properly the are very effective...good luck on the 1000!!

Thanks Tammy for the CTX info. The most I've done at once for UB from CTX is shoulders, bi's and tri's. I'll have to try the whole thing!! Have fun with Imax1...a toughie.

Shelley...you got in a great ab workout. WOW...I still can't do those levitations...:(

Wendy...I was thinking about Cardio Kicks yesterday, but CircuitMax won!!

Kristine...I think I found the 7 lbs you lost!! Take it easy after getting your wisdom teeth pulled. Listening to your body is a good idea...:)

Becky...the music from Imax2 has always made that workout quite fun.

Hi everyone -
I had to skip yesterday - had to get my hair cut after work, so I'll just treat it as my day off and hope nothing else comes up this week.

Today I'll do an hour of weights - upper and lower body. I think I'll just make it up as I go along, and I plan to lift heavy. I may find a long flight of stairs during my lunch break and climb them two at a time. They're not quite as good as walking lunges, but it looks a little better in office clothes, in public. :p

Last night was CM3 and a 20-minute run (in the dark - SPOOKY!!) and this morning was Imax1. This was the first time I did that workout and it was a lot of fun!!

I did Hardcore Kickbox Circuit today using weighted gloves (which is what they use in it) but I added ankle weights also for more of a leg workout, since it really hurts for my knees to squat anymore.

Felt good and with the humidity back I was just dripping wet at the end.

Morning ladies. Today was C&W followed by Step and Intervals cardio only. I was having a very low energy morning, so it was a struggle!
