I'm late but that's when I work out. I have to get in the *mood* to do it. Today was my day to shop for my barbell set and 2 other sets of weights. Had to call the tax man which I put off all the time. It's deed I dred but did it. Then read motivational book.Attitude is everything. I find I need to read things like this because if I read all these posts I'd have a major depressive attitude about myself and I can't let that happen.
so, I read 3 chapters and then did my first Pure Strenght exercise.It was lovely. I did what I can handle cause I know me, if I hurt myself, I won't do it again, or it will be a long time before I do that thing again.
