HI everybody, my orthotics are back in my shoes, YIPPEE!! So I did IMAX 1 today to try them out, made it through the whole workout with some high impact modifications to lower impact just for joints' sake. It felt good to do step again for more variety in my workouts. So now I can do all my workouts again, I just need to wean off the anti-inflammatory again and see if the orthotics alone take care of the pain!!:+ :D

Hope you all have a great day!!:D :7

Hello everyone! Great workouts as usual!

Today I am doing Bootcamp with a friend. I was scheduled for cardio only, but she really wants to get everything in all at once and that one has it all :) I am guessing my arms will completely FRY out bc I just did the entire Slow and Heavy rotation Sunday and my arms are still a little sore, but not too bad...........

I did something to my hamstring though, not very happy about that. I really have been stretching it and took a super hot bath last night - hope it doesn't bother me too much.

Angie: Motivation is what gets you started and habit keeps you going!
I love that quote and whenever I get out of the workouts, I just keep repeating it over and over until I take that first step again!

Sandra: I have heard that CTX is a must for the dvd collection! Wish I used credit cards, but I don't even own one. My husband and I paid off all our credit cards and will only use them in cases of major emergencies.........too bad that does not qualify! LOL - I will definately be ordering it soon though!! :)

Hi again. My workout is done. I have done the TAEBO advanced live workout nº 12 I have received today and one basic live TAEBO workout. See you tomorrow.

Fiddlefit:

>How was your passover dinner last weekend?
It was okay actually. I selected recipes that were quite simple to make, nutritious yet tasty. I made turkey and beef meatloafs, steamed green beans, and baked red potato slices with dill and soy cheese -YUM. The people who are the most difficult or maybe the words are rude and oblivious, got to the house later than everyone else. They only managed to put their dirty coats on my bed with my freshly laundered clothes (go figure there are 3 beds in the house and mine had the door closed, the dad sits at the set table before everyone ate and uses my plate to place his filthy camera on for closer examination until I booted him off, and brought me dead flowers as their contribution to the evening. I think I need to be away for ALL holidays.

I managed to avoid all of that kind of family trouble by simply moving 4000km away from them all. That's great that you're going for your ACE! Are you just starting the process?
I just started the ACE studying but its going well. My husband is a doctor so the anatomy part is really fun with his help. Its great to expand on whats in the book and learn even more than necessary.

Hello ladies:

I woke up about 3 minutes before my 4:40 am alarm feeling fully refreshed and then did Push Pull for the first time. That is not a very difficult workout, and exactly what I needed. I should be able to do a circuit workout tomorrow after that.

I received HSTA and Terminator yesterday. I won't be able to think about Terminator until this weekend, but maybe will try HSTA tomorrow.

I realized I only have S&H, PS and Classics DVDs to buy before I have a complete collection. Guess I'm not counting the two intermediate DVDs or Ab hits--don't plan on getting those. My DH keeps giving me crap, but hey when I get those and buy two more risers and the high step topper (using a milk crate for leg presses now), I'm done!

Have a great evening!

Dutchie, do you think the body fat percentage scale is accurate? How does a scale measure body fat??? I'm fairly certain that the reason my upper body muscles don't show is because my body fat percentage is high. My legs tend to be leaner, and therefore show muscle. My shoulders seem hopeless. I have never seen any definition in them, although I know I'm using good form. I just assume it's the way I'm built.

Last night I did S&H back. The tabletop positions have become painful because of lower back pain, and I hope that my more upright position is still getting the job done. I follow Cedie's modification.

I'm starting to feel like the 15-lb. db may not be enough for me anymore on the overhead move. I can't believe I'm contemplating a 20-lb. db.

Tonight will be S&H triceps before dinner. Fun!!

Oh! Hey Nancy girl! Good to see you in here!:) of course, i have been a bit absent lately, so maybe i just haven't seen you before! well, i did my workout, but instead of doing a circuit, i got a wild hair! i did the step pm of IM3 and then did 6-10 of IM2 and c/w abs. I bet i'm sorry tommorrow! i have been avoiding all high impact stuff for several weeks due to giving my knees a break. :*

Great workouts everyone.

Sandra: mil and i sit around and drink coffee for several hours and watch HGTV and Foodtv and run our mouths and then went to lunch and shopping. then we came back and she hemmed some pants for me since i don't sew and played with her granddogs and then i cooked a scrumptous dinner. very lovely day!
