Daily check in Tuesday 10 May

Today will be GS Back, Shoulders, Biceps and a run, since it is a beautiful sunny day. :) Was tempted to play hookie today, but I drove in to work anyway. x(

Dutchie, sorry to here about the problem.

Morning all! This morning was ME. I love that workout. Today I am going to the doctor about my possible cyst(s). I hate to say this, but I hope they find something so that I at least know what's wrong. I would hate to think that I spent a whole Saturday in the emergency room for no reason. I just hope that if they do find something it's nothing serious. My daughter's delivery was filled with complications, so I'm hoping that there is nothing wrong with me due to that. I guess we'll see.

Today is MM, but i guess i need to decide if i am going to do it or whatever body part is on the May rotation. Also, so cardio, and i am feeling like a little KPC i think or maybe cardio salsa}( arriba!

Well I got my dvd's that I won from e-bay. So this morning I did lowmax and I like it as it is so much longer then the fittv version I have. I have to push myself a bit harder to get my heart rate up but it is an awesome workout. I also got the supersets/pishpull dvd so will do one of those later. I love the longer versions and I have deleted my tivo versions. I also plan to do some abhits later as well. The weather is beautiful here today!!!! So I may go for a wlak in the park.

Everyone seems to be going great with there work outs! Dutchie I have that same prob sometimes while doing step. At least I am home when it happens though! Denise i too was wondering how your brother was doing. Is he still working out?

I did the Boot camp this morning.. it was a nice workout! First time I had done that one. Might go for a run this evening if DH is home early enough to watch the kids.
 
Hi everybody,

I did PUB triceps then did MIS abs then did warm up then just the 3 combos off of Kick, Punch and Crunch for cardio. Just doing the warm up and combos makes a nice shorter workout, it worked out to about 34 min.

I was down another 1.5 pounds this morning so I am on a roll!!:7 :D

I liked it! Right now I don't have any videos or DVD's so I have to rely on what comes on at 8 and 11.. 8 am was bootcamp so I gave it a try.. I had to stop early on a few things, but I was able to complete most of it.. the jump n jacks w/ the power are what did me in.. then the plank position w/ the folding down to work the obliques.. ouchie!
 
Hello ladies:

I forgot to check-in this morning.

Today, I took a kickboxing class, followed by 60 minutes on the elliptical, and now I am doing core and MM (without legs). My legs are fried from the kickboxing leg drills we did today.

Tomorrow, another slow day in the lab; so I get to go to the gym for a couple hours plus I am doing CM in the am as my warmup for the day. I have been feeling really good the last few days. Lots of energy lately. I think its the weather we have having in Chicago.

Hello - today is lower body for me :) Haven't been posting as much this last week, but still working out - my rotation got way off bc I subbed for a toning class and was too sore the next day to do S&H :( Well getting back on schedule again tomorrow :)
 
Hi, ladies:

I am staying in a hotel which limits my Cathe options but does at least provide access to a very nice fitness center. :) I did 50 minutes on the treadmill near my max heart rate and then worked chest on various machines. I actually much prefer using dumbbells because you can modify somewhat for those invariable joint clicks...
