Hi Ladies - I did a 12 min intensive body weight work out I found on bodyrock.tv. Set time for 12 rounds of 50 seconds of work 10 sec rest. four exercises: Santana push up (left), half burpee, santana push up (right); jump lunge. Repeat these three times through. Here are my scores:
SPU(L): 7 toes, 8 on knees, 8 on knees
Half burpee: 12 w/jump, 15 no jump, 15 no jump
SPU(R): 9 on knees, 7 on knees, 8 on knees
Alternating jump lunge 32; 33; 37
Great sweat and heart rate got up there.
Good work out when crunched for time.
