I 'll be following Cathe's October rotation slightly, I'm actually planning on doing the Intensity series and working that series into a rotation, I've always enjoyed that series.
I am soooo trying to get back on track this week after last week's events (don't ask). Cathe's heavy rotation was just what I was hoping for so I did GS bsb since I don't have S&H. I'll have to adjust to make sure I get all the right body parts worked in. Tonight I'll find myself a lower body mix, probably PLB.
