Today I'll be doing HSTA -

I 'll be following Cathe's October rotation slightly, I'm actually planning on doing the Intensity series and working that series into a rotation, I've always enjoyed that series.

I'm doing the October rotation. I NEED heavy weight after last month. I feel I lost quite a bit of strength doing the circuit rotation!!

I did weights yesterday so I will just move things around to fit my needs......I did Stepblast today! I love that one !:D

I am soooo trying to get back on track this week after last week's events (don't ask). Cathe's heavy rotation was just what I was hoping for so I did GS bsb since I don't have S&H. I'll have to adjust to make sure I get all the right body parts worked in. Tonight I'll find myself a lower body mix, probably PLB.

Busy morning here, whoa!

I am doing Cathe's October rotation from 2006, today was MM.

I did 2 exercises per body part for upper body off of the PS plus abs also off of the PSBB&A. All in all with warm up and stretch about 42 min.

I have to go to a staff meeting at work this afternoon at 2:30 so I have run.:)
