Hmmm, 24 straight-leg pushups and running 7-9k? I'm impressed! Way to go! 
I am not in nearly as good of shape (and I don't do running). Cathe is slowly whipping my sorry @ss into shape. Since I did full-body weights yesterday, today was a cardio day. I'm embarassed to admit it, but I got a really good workout from Basic Step. I had never done it before, and yes the choreography was pretty simple, but it sure did give me a confidence boost (after failing miserably with the step combos in IMAX 3 last week). I added on the step combos from Body Fusion, for good measure, so I got a pretty good 53 minute cardio workout. And I didn't trip over myself once. I'm pleased.
