Daily check in Tuesday 04/12

Hmmm, 24 straight-leg pushups and running 7-9k? I'm impressed! Way to go! :)

I am not in nearly as good of shape (and I don't do running). Cathe is slowly whipping my sorry @ss into shape. Since I did full-body weights yesterday, today was a cardio day. I'm embarassed to admit it, but I got a really good workout from Basic Step. I had never done it before, and yes the choreography was pretty simple, but it sure did give me a confidence boost (after failing miserably with the step combos in IMAX 3 last week). I added on the step combos from Body Fusion, for good measure, so I got a pretty good 53 minute cardio workout. And I didn't trip over myself once. I'm pleased. :D
 
Dutchie - 24!!! WOW!

Today is my rest day - will either do The Bar Method or yoga. Something relaxing or simple. Yesterday I ended up doing MIS and my arms are fried!!! I was supposed to do Legs and Glutes, but like I said - still wasn't here, and I just cannot get into PLB?? Don't know why - Have a great day!!!
 
Well I ran 9.3K today and it was one of those amazing runs where you just don't want to stop running. It was absolutely the best I've had in weeks!! I'm on top of the world.

Now I have to make myself hungry so I can my dinner and its already almost 8PM ;-) Hate eating this late.

Hi again. My workout is done. Finally I have done three TAEBO live basic workouts and the TAEBO bootcamp cardio live workout (2 hours total). I deserve a rest until tomorrow.Have a bless day everybody. See you tomorrow.

Hi Katie, I have been on allergy meds for about 10 years! I have used Allegra and now on Zyrtec and have not had any problems during my workouts. Sometimes you just have a bad day and its good to skip it....:)...Carole
 
I love reading what everyone has done. Makes me feel like I'm not sweating it out alone!

I did MIS this morning but then my daughter didn't feel well so I stayed home from work with her. After I took my oldest to school, I came home and did "How-Low-Can-You-Go-Max". I'm feeling a little wiped out now so I might have overdone it....maybe it's just the weather. In any case, I'm off to bed early tonight!

You all make me very accountable for my workouts - don't know what I'd do without y'all! THANK YOU!!! :)

Well, since I only did half of IMAX 3 this morning I decided to go home (I had some time between my Dr. appt. and my daughters Dr. appt.) and do half of IMAX 2 to make up for it. Well, I ended up doing the whole thing. It seems like whenever I plan to only do half of IMAX 2 I end up doing the whole thing. I just enjoy it too much. Anyway, I feel much better now about not making it through IMAX 3 earlier.
