Gooood Morning everyone,

I'm glad you all enjoyed my little midnight adventure yesterday :)

This morning, I was pathetic! When the alarm went of, which today was 60's music blasting out of my 100watt speakers, I woke up, but didn't want to get out of bed. So I just lay there, listening and it wasn't till 5:30AM that I got out of bed. Because I was running late, I skipped my usual pre-workout shake. Word of warning: do not follow my example.

I did Imax3 (interval 1-5), and during the jumps, I don't think my toes ever left the floor :D Son no 1 came upstairs to get something and he sort of said, whatever it is you're supposed to be doing, you're not doing it :) With this big grin on his face. Like I didn't know! Anyways, I soldiered on, and added Low Max (intervals 3-6). Oh my, I still had KM-leg drills in my hips :D I had no idea there were so many outer thigh lifts in this w/o! And there's the one where you lift your legs straight up, ouch. And let's not forget the speed skaters! I was so relieved when it was over.... I was already packing it in, when I realised I still had abs to do. I decided on KPC abs. At least I could manage that. And KPC stretch, I don't think I've ever enjoyed a stretch that much, "aahh" as Cathe says :)

As I cycled to work, I realised that despite the grey skies and itsy bitsy rain, life was good!

Step blast premix..not sure which one yet..I did the 85 minute step blast Hi/lo premix last week...Incredible!! Loved it. That was my first time ever doing step blast..I could kick myself for never trying it before!! KICK KICK!!!

Dutchie - Wow. You really are kicking it up a notch with the workouts! If I tried to do all that at 5:30 a.m., I'd end up on my face:)

Denise - Don't you just LOVE the premixes on the SB/SJP dvd? I can't wait to try them all!

Yesterday was my first time doing Power Hour. All I can say is OUCH! What a killer workout. I could barely lift my arms afterwards. I've still got a nice burn going on today:)

Today is Imax. I'm scared:p

Yes...I am always amazed at what Cathe treasures I find..I am so impressed with the body blast series and all of the premixes..they are really incredible...esp if you like to mix it up and get in a extra long workout...I love Cathe!!

Denise, you too! Your work outs always amazed me! So from the sounds of it you are still workin' your way through all of the work outs/premixes? I know you bought the HUGE bundle of Cathe so you had a lot to do!!!;)

IMAX3 and LM together are wicked aren't they. I have never had such a burn as I had with that combination on the January rotation.

Shelley - I've done PowerHour once also and it is a good w/o. I like the way she takes the muscle to fatigue on each exercise.

Today is my rest day and 11:00 a.m. appt for a massage which I can't wait to get to!!

I'm off today so off to eat breakfast, then get busy on some domestic things around here before my appt.

LOL at Wendy... unless I open up two windows, one for viewing and one for posting... I inevitably miss someone... I have the memory retention of a gnat! :+ :p

Becky, I'll tackle that long cardio tomorrow, I don't have CTX kickbox, so I'll be doing KPC, then I plan popping in the Cardio Kicks DVD, picking up after the warm up and doing 30 minutes of that.

Good morning, everyone! All you lucky ladies who get to do the long workouts. I envy you! Keep up the good work! Last night, I must admit I did a good job with Imax 2. I couldn't wait to get to it, and I kept my jumps pretty high. It was fun!

Today will be my first time to do Muscle Endurance. I hope to fit in some abs as well, but i don't know which yet.

I was over at the February rotation check in, but I pulled some muscles in my neck and shoulder so I think that one might be out of the question now, I have great meds though!

Anyhow, today I did Lowmax and ab hits, I can't do any impact right now, and I am wearing a neck collar, so I was definitely a vision to behold this morning.

Morning,

I’m back, and more focused than ever. You ladies are kicking butt ;) ;) Nice work.

This morning, I started with a 30 minute jog. Tonight, Legs & Glutes :9 My eating has been good, actually I have lost 3 more lbs.

My goal is lose only 5 more lbs and continue building STRONG muscles. And, of course, I’d loveeee to have a six pack. I'd even settle for a 4 pack. Wait :p I'll settle for just a plain ole flat tummy ;( Have a good day all.

WOW! Some great workouts going on...:)

Tammy, my core is doing well, I think after the 7th or 8th time of doing Core Syn your muscles actually adapt...:)...but those first few times...YEOW!!!!

I am doing some Freestyle legwork and a 5 or 6 mile run..

Morning ladies. Late check in for me today. I can't believe I did it, but I did MIC this morning! I made it through much better than I though I would. Yea!!! Of course right now I feel like crawling right back into bed. I was a little scared at the thought of attempting it this morning, but I figured that if I don't push myself I'm not going to get anywhere. So, I did it, and now I'm very glad I did.

Hi all,

I did PS Triceps (and I have majors DOMS in my biceps from yesterday and I rarely get biceps doms,sigh) and then I did CTX 10-10-10 but I did the step portion on the floor. Not too bad of a workout.
