Hi Phyllls and Deanie (see you each started a thread ;))

Yesterday I was like a zombie all day from only 2 hours of sleep. Last night I slept better , a little over 5, so I'm hoping its a better day.

I took my pushup test and didint' do as well as I'd hoped. Only pounded out 40. :( I wasnt surprised though- with no sleep and a hurting wrist, so I decided to drop back and do week 5 again before heading onto week 6.

Today is Lowmax-which I'll probably sub with a walk or ride the bike.

Good Tuesday Morning Hellos to Phyllis, Deanie, Becky & all who follow!

Another less than stellar night of sleep but its better than nothing.

I finally got the rental car delivered to the house and they took my car in to get seen by the insurance agjustor and then to get repaired. Insurance man told me over the phone that it may be 3-5 days before I get my car back due to what I told him the damages were; we shall see.

Had to play taxi and didn't get home until midnight.

Didn't get a chance to do a workout yesterday since I was busy finding a bodyshop.

Today I plan on doing Body Fusion and see how my body takes it. This week I plan on doing lite workouts until I can get back to being rotation ready status again. :)

Today was supposed to be HCE#3 but I did #2 instead (lowmax/imax3 and left out the KM drills ) I didn't feel like being the energizer bunny this morning!!:p

Vilma~ Sorry about all your car troubles, looks like you've gotten it straightened out. I think your right to take it easy this week, ease into things....

Tammy~ wish I overslept- I am so tired!! Good luck with B&G this evening. I never have the umph to workout in the afternoon (actually, after I've showered...LOL)

Becky~ 40 pushups is still good, but lack of sleep definately plays a part in our workouts.

Today was LIS, I subbed Marcus Step Tools, and then did the abs from LIS.

It is almost October and you know what that means????

I subbed the bike for lowmax. Pedaled for 15 minutes before I realized I didn't start the program, so had a prolonged warmup!
Then did 60 minutes of hills. So I got my cardio !;)

Time to eat !

Oh my don't even get me started on Candy Corn, I absolutely LOVE that stuff and it is already out and I have already had too many bags. UGH!!

I did S&H shoulder work minus overhead press and the lying exercises, I still have the vertigo but I wanted to do weights so I chose a body part that didn't require me laying down. I also did 2 miles of the 3 mile Power Walk with Leslie Sansone.

I just read this in Women's Health magazine October issue :

Vertigo can be treated with a few simple motions directed by a medical expert, says guidelines published in the journal Neurology. I've had 2 episodes of vertigo in my life and I hope to never have one again.
I feel for you and hope it goes away soon !
