Annette,
I just read this in Women's Health magazine October issue :
Vertigo can be treated with a few simple motions directed by a medical expert, says guidelines published in the journal Neurology. The condition is caused by loose calcium carbonate crystals that jostle around in the inner ear (infection, trauma and age can knock them askew) Guided moves roll crystals to another ear chamber to be absorbed. One treatment can bring relief for months or even decades, says author Terry D. Fife , MD.
Maybe that will help you .
I've had 2 episodes of vertigo in my life and I hope to never have one again.
I feel for you and hope it goes away soon !
Becky
