Good morning Phyllis and everybody...

Well, I'm off today and guess who woke up at 4:30! I was so MAD! I laid there until 5:45 hoping to fall back to sleep but couldn't, so just got up. I have tons to do today. They are starting my bathroom renovation Thursday or Friday and I need to do some painting today.

Where is Tammy? I haven't seen her on here since last week.

I haven't gotten my Collage brochure yet, it may come today.

Today is supposed to be my rest day but after only a 20 min yoga session y'day, I feel like I rested so I'm gonna go for it today!}(

Not sure what I'll do yet so I'll come back later with the update.

Oh my!!!! I went to Gold's Gym for my free personal trainer workout and all I can say is that I better be sore tomorrow. She did a warm up on the treadmill, then did chest, shoulders, back and various legwork since I can't do traditional squats and lunges anymore on the limited equipment they have right now. They will have more options once the completed gym opens in Dec. She did not hit biceps or triceps so I guess I will hit those another day.

She did suggest doing one body part per day so try and gain definition where I want it. She also made me jump rope, which I was very poor at doing, sigh. It has been along time since I have jumped rope.

All in all about an hour workout to boot. And FREE!!!

Maybe one day I will be able to afford to join just for the variety.:7
 
Good Afternoon Ladies.

I did 4DS Legs/Calves/Chest&Back and KB Core&Stretch. The original plan was the total body weight work out premix but it's just too dang long! LOL I will finish up shoulders and bi/tri tmrw or thursday.
