Morning! It's a cardio day. I think the rotation calls for MIC wu and hi/lo. Not my favorite cardio but it's not a long one.

Annette, be careful! Are you working out on carpeting?

Conni, thanks for holding up the fort! Weekends are hit or miss with me as far as a checkin goes.

Tammy, all the kids will be home for Tgiving. I'm really looking forward to it. I think that it will just be us. We are remodeling our dining room, so not much room for entertaining! Matter of fact, I think we'll have the dining room table in the living room!

I did a workout from the internet.....torture abs from bodyrocktv. INTENSE!

Hi all,

When we had our first thanksgiving in our house, we had so many people we had to put the table in the Living room, and transformed our dining room into a buffet that went all the way around the room. It actually worked out really well, and everyone had a ball.

Becky - do you do the whole 30 day shred at once? That is a killer, isn't it? I like it though. Jillian is kinda infectious, I think.

Today I started the August 06 FF rotation that Tammy passed along, with ME being the workout of the day.
 
I changed my mind and did a premix from APX.... I did 3 days split, back/bi/tri and added on core from leg/core premix.

Connie, I think I've done 2 of the Shred workouts back to back, can't remember if I've done the whole hour.
But I WILL. I really like that workout !

I feel MUCH better after working out !!! I was dragging and trying to talk myself out of it today. Glad I didn't. :)

Hi Phyllis, no, no carpeting here just plywood floors that never got the actual flooring put in (if you remember my neverending home renovations that never got completed) flooring was one. I didn't do much bouncing or anything, that workout I chose was more upper body and I did that on purpose. Actually my arms and upper back are sore today I guess I was really throwing those punches to get my cardio in.

I did some selected chest and tricep work off of Gym Style Chest and Triceps today for my workout.

Annette~ Nice workout! Home renovations just never end!

Becky~ Glad you got your workout in. Sometimes I dread it too, but once I get started it just flows and then I feel so much better.

Conni~ I do something similar every Christmas as we have so many family members. Nice workout!

Phyllis~ Sounds like you have a nice Thanksgiving planned.
