Good morning all ^^^ there and all that follow...

Phyllis ~ We had such a good time yesterday! We ate at PF Chang's which is always a treat! DH and I have looked the LCD TV but have yet to take the plunge for a big one for the living room. I have one in our bedroom which I bought... he mostly watches TV in the living room so until he is ready to take the plunge.... it doesn't matter to me. The old Curtis Mathis circa 1985 console in there is going though... there are lines at the top of the screen all the time. He will probably wait until it dies completely though knowing him.

Today is KB/legs/core for me too!

Glad you are back with the program Tammy! I hope your week isn't too wacky!

Phyllis - We have that same TV! It is fantastic, isn't it?
We have ours in the Family Room, and I work out in our Rec room downstairs, so I don't have the HD effect going on, but the tv downstairs is 38 inches, so I can still see quite nicely.

Today was Amy's Slo Mo Legs and abs from BM.

Just a quick check in. I'm here in Sunny Florida, but wouldn't you know it, its cold!LOL! Anyway, we are going walking today at a nature site on a boardwalk, hopefully we will see some alligators (the kids will like that) at Green Cay.

Hello All!

Today I'm doing GS Chest & Tris along with shoulders and I'll be adding a 20 m treadmill cardio with that - well those are my intentions lol

Hi gang,

I did the warm up off of S&H legs and shoulders then did all the shoulder work but the lying one on the floor, then I did chest press and flies for chest off of the S&H series also.
