Hey Jane,Tammy and Becky,

Lately I am stumped on what exercises to do since I am limited on what to do. I can't do alot of step so I am stuck at kickboxing and a few other different stuff. I'm thinking of doing a little mish-mosh with KPC,LM,BC. Let you know later on what I come up with.

Jane-Does the BBW ever get easier? I did it once and those walking lunges are a burner!


There is a flashflood watch here, and I'm sick of the rain! there is more expected today!x(

Good morning all!

This morning was Cardio & Weights with a Core Max chaser. Unfortunately, I didn't get to RS last night so I think I'll tack that on this evening. I seriously doubt today will be a riding day with all of the rain we've had over the past couple days...unless, of course, the horses have grown webbed feet :p !

Hi to all,

Do you mind if I join in? I use to do this daily check in awhile back.

I did MM yesterday with no weight for the leg portion, except for the band and 5 lb for the plie squats. (recovering from a knee injury. Taking it slow)

This morning I did Lowmax (only a 4 inch step) and Basic stretch. The stretch felt good after LM.

Indesisive me.....changed my mind again! Instead of the stationary bike I did Gym Style Legs 49 min. premix and Rock Hard Abs (from RS step).:p

I feel very good and since I HATE working lower body, I'm proud of myself !!}( :7

It was a good workout and I'll still get my cardio mowing the grass!

Just wanted to say hi to Elaine! Look foward to seeing you everyday. I am probably going to conquer Imax 2 this afternoon.
I think it is safe to say that I FINALLY broke through my plateau. Diet is such a big factor. Too bad it took this long to figure that out LOL!!! Down another pound today.
I will check back after WO!

Good morning everyone!

I just finished Low Max. In the middle of the workout when my legs were screaming I was thinking it wasn't such a good choice since I did PLB yesterday. Of course I am too stubborn to stop so we'll see if I can climb the steps to shower.

Morning all -
Today was Push/Pull - 1st time doing it so I went a little lighter on the weights, but I really liked it. I followed that with a 25 min power walk. I love doing cardio after weights. Even though I can get a good sweat with weights, getting the heart pumping always makes me feel more awake.

Elaine - Welcome back!

Becky - Way to go with GS Legs! I hate working lower body too - it's the lunges that get me every time.

Karin - I once tried to do the step only portion of Lowmax immediately after a PLB workout - big mistake - way too much for these poor legs. At least you had 24 hours in between, much smarter.

Maeghan - Congrats on breaking through the plateau! Keep it up!

Good morning all. Once again, I feel so out of touch and like I haven't been here for ages. I've been having a hard time fitting in workouts between moving my DS into a new residence and taking short vacation trips with my DH. The last meaningful workout I had was last week sometime. I did manage to get on a treadmill for a couple miles at the hotel in DC on Sat. I'm hoping now the DS is settled and no more trips are planned till the end of next month, I can get back into the regular exercise mode. Today will be weight work, probably GS Back etc. Have a wonderful day all.
 
Earlier this morning I did PUB up premix only then did MIS abs.

My weight is back up again and I am praying that it is due to my period hopefully coming soon.

Morning ladies. Well, I did have to go to jury duty yesterday, however I didn't get picked to sit on the jury, so that's a good thing. This morning was GS Legs. I decided not to do cardio this morning since I ran 6.5 miles yesterday along with GS BSB. I have found myself yelling not so nice things at Cathe lately during these GS workouts. I guess that means she's giving me a good workout. It's a good thing she has no idea what horrible names I am calling her.:7

Okay ladies, I just finished my mish-mosh.

KPC w/u thru intermediate
BC legs/cardio only
lowmax 1-4 blasts only

this workout was about 58 minutes. My legs are screaming!

Also did Power90 abs.

Whew! I'm tired! Need a nap.

I just finished Imax2 intervals 6-10. I wanted to make sure I had time for abs, so I did C&W abs. My obliques were screaming, but this is the first time I was able to do the walking plank all the way through!! I am so proud of myself!!

Sounds like a great mish mosh Kim! I have to try that some time!

Hi all, this is my first checkin. This afternoon I did Imax2. 40 mins. I tape it off of Fittv. I have to look in to getting some Cathe tapes. But my budget is my type. So my DVR and Fittv are my best friends at the moment. ;-) Jenn
