I did Gym Style Chest and Triceps ( no push ups, dips & a couple of others) about 3 or 4 exercises per body part, then did Body Max abs, it was just too hot for cardio today.
Hi Everyone I'm late to check in. I just finished Jillian's NMTZ. I feel ok just my clothes bother me.
I took doctor's advice and taking the whole week off as sick time. I've got the time, might as well use it. The medication makes me a little headachey.
I forgot to check in again this morning...SHEESH! I swear I'm losing my mind I forgot to punch out at work yesterday, although I swear I remember doing it.
Today I did AOS Providence warm-up and rounds 2-6 twice. Another nice quick workout. Tomorrow will be a rest day, as I have to be into work @ 7am.
