I fell sooo much better today! I am always amazed at the human body. How can you feel so crappy one day and so good the next??

I'll start Debbie's rotation with GS chest and tris today. i'm not looking forward to the pushups but I need the strength work.

Jane, how was GL legs?

Good Morning Glories!

Today is HIIT and LB, so I'll be doing IM#2 blast only premix on the treadmill and my own LB mish-mosh of step-ups, squats, plie squats and forward/rear lunges.

Vilma ~ I have to look into those perfect push-ups too...Gosh I'm going to need a part-time job soon to fund my workout gear :eek:

Good morning!

Today I have a mammogram appt after work. I want to do my workout today GS chest and tris and believe I can get it in since it is heart-pumping cardio. I can do chest and tris later in the evening.

Tammy - I have those Perfect Pushups... bought them at Dicks and they are really good. I can do more with them, the twisting motion adds a little bit to the exercise and my wrists aren't as stressed.

Phyllis - GS Legs was very painful.... GS Legs and weak legs are a badddd combination! I'm sure they'll be talking to me as the day goes on... I can already feel it in my hamstrings.

Hi everyone,

Phyllis, my arms are pretty tight today. They started out a little sore, but my cardio helped ease that out, so now they just feel tight, but its a good feeling.

Today was cardio - Gay's Cardio Fast Paced Step and Core from the 2600 CIA series.

Hi Everyone!

I'm feeling much better and will workout today. I NEED a rotation though.....am just feeling unable to decide what to do on my own !
I am thinking weights this morning and maybe a walk later, but as of right now, I am still in not in workout clothes and not feeling motivated.:-(

Yesterday one of my DD's best friends was in a wreck on the way to school. She was speeding because she was late and went off the road, hit a utility pole and her car was cut in half. She was taken by helicopter to a hospital in Cincinnati and is in critical condition after having surgery. Please pray for her & her family. Today is her 18th birthday. Her name is Alex.

Good Tuesday Morning Ladies!

Well OWIE! My tri's are feeling yesterday's workout good today - whoa momma! Not to mention my pecs lol.

What a nice soreness; granted i have DOMS today but mmmm it feels so good lol

Today is a cardio day and I'm doing it with BodyMax 2 - plan on NOT deviating from Debbie's rotation for this week ;)


Tammy - tell me about it ! funding for my workouts oh yeah lol next time I venture into town I am going to look at those perfect pushups if anything to just help my wrists from not hurting so darn much

Becky- omg so sorry to hear about your dd's friend - sometimes rushing is just not worth it poor kid and her family, I hope she gets well quickly :(

Phyllis- thats how I felt after GS Chest & Tri's yesterday - my goodness :D but its a good shaky feeling knowing they were worked good eh? ;)

Well java is gone and I'm pumped and ready for my cardio work - have a great day all :D

I did the timesaver upperbody premix from Amy's APX. Was just 40 minutes but I felt it!

Happy Tremendous Tuesday All! (I can't wait until Fantabulous Friday though!)

Today I did a 30 minutes iTrain treadmill walk with Grace Lazenby (C'mon guys...a wuh...two...she's really annoying!!) Quite honestly, a good brisk walk up an incline was surprisingly perfect for someone who feels guilty for not doing something like IMAX 2 for cardio.... I felt great afterward! I followed up with abs, lower back, biceps, and triceps (I conked out on my 90 minute workout yesterday so I had to make up triceps and biceps today!).

I will keep Alex in my prayers. I look back on my teen years and wonder how I made it through with all of the crazy things I did (which didn't seem crazy at all at the time) and pray that Alex will have the opportunity to look back and wonder the same after a speedy recovery. Becky, please give us an update.
 
Becky, Alex is in my prayers as is your DD. I'm sure she is hurting right now. :-(

I just finished my work out. I did all of Turbo Sculpt (except for ab work) as planned and then did the standing work from Ab Jam and then combo 3 only of KBX. I would have liked to do more of KBX but there's just no time today. Hopefully later in the week I can do more. :)
 
Hi gals,

Late check been busy. But today I did something different, I did warm up, chest, back and shoulders off of PUB and went as heavy as I could go. I was feeling it and hopefully will feel it tomorrow too.

I also did warm up squats and plie squats off of Muscle Max for my legs.
