Daily Check in Tues Feb. 5th

Hi Everyone,

This morning I did premix 5 from LIS - Low impact challenge. It includes step blasts for lower body from LIC + the step portion from Cardio supersets. It's really good! Then I did the first 10 minutes segment from Exhale Core Fusion Yoga.

Good workout Carmen. And, you have the time. Time is a gift. I am glad to hear you still have the job offer for 08/2013. I hope it all works out for you.

I did a premix called Boxing Combos off of Kelly's 30 Minutes to Fitness TLC workout, then did the flip up flip down ab workout of the same workout, then I did a little bit of the floorwork off of Jeannette Jenkin's Sexy Arms Abs and Legs for some legwork. Not bad all in all.

Just a quick update: I was called in to meet with the HR director and my crazy boss. HR director says it was to try to come up with some sort of a transition plan. In seconds boss starts again saying my version of what I told her was not what she heard from the other commissioner. I immediately stopped her and told HR I did not come to be beaten up. And told her this was obviously not going to work.....to which they both said "so your resigning?" Yes I am, we are done here.

Tomorrow I have an appt with an employment law attorney just for some guidance and to write her a letter to stop sulling my reputation. You cannot believe the stuff I'm hearing she is saying.

My husband bought me beautiful red roses today.
