Slow and Heavy Biceps and abs
Inner and Outer thigh work with body bar (from PureStrength)
Leg conditioning drills and stretch from KickMax

Cathy: I love mishmoshes...never a dull moment!

I did 4DS kickbox and core this a.m. My quads are still store but the workout was very doable and I have to say that my legs feel much better now!

Today was PUB and yes, I did the ab section first, thank goodness.
 
Hi everyone,

Just wanted to say hi, no workout for me today, my back is messed up. Just whatever I deal with (sciatic? disc problems?) has flared up and I am limping around unable to put weight on my left side or get comfortable sitting or laying.

I just talked to Jane, who is in worse shape. Her RA flared up in her wrist and she is unable to type. She went to the ER last night and after seeing it would probably be a minimum of a 4-5 hour wait she went home. She has a call in to her doctor and hopefully he'll see her today and get her on the road to recovery.
Jane, if you're reading this.....FEEL BETTER SOON!!!

Her DH also is dealing with an injury and I told her we are the walking wounded !!

Phyllis, Jane said she meant to comment on you getting the shoes. We both can't wait till you try them out and see how you like them.
Guess what ?
My DH went last night and got some !!!! He doesn't do aerobics but he does hike with me and he was jealous that I wasn't slipping in the mud and he was !! Oh Brother ! ha

Hi gals, did you miss me?!?

I ended up taking Sat. off from working out. So I haven't posted since last Thursday.

Today I did the warm up off of Slow and Heavy Legs and Shoulders, then did 3 exercises off of this for shoulders then did the bench press and flies of the S&H for chest. I have to go to work for staff meeting so this was all I had time for.

Try doing a bench press with 20 pound dumbbells and have the puppy jump on your face and try to lick you. I may be sorer than I need to be tomorrow because of the control I had to use in not hitting or dropping the dumbbells on myself or the puppy.
