Daily Check-in Tues April 11

Good morning!
How do you ladies get here so early? It is 7:30 here and I struggle to get here before I take the kids to school. I did Imax 3 yesterday and it was a great workout. Today I am doing Muscle Max. I am trying to get out of the habit of doing cardio everyday and focusing a little more on the strength training. Hopefully, I will not gain weight because of that. I am so sick of the rain here. I want the sun!!!! Well, I am off to school. Have a great day ladies.

Good Morning All:)

I got down with my stepping fool self this morning. I warmed up with RS and then switched to BMax step, I peppered the finished RS combos into BMax and finished with the RS Challenge. It took about an hour and was a lot of fun and intense. I just finished 45 minutes of yoga and my legs feel great.

Jane, your trip sounds like a dream, think of us as you sip your sangria in the Mediterranean sun:)

Shelley, hip, hip hooray!! Glad your back into running, 'tis the season! Enjoy PowerMax, it took me a long time to figure out combo 3 but I'm sure you'll get it, enjoy the tunes "Wild Thing"!:)

Kali, enjoy your circuit, I must explore more of the premixes on this DVD, so much variety!

Kim, there's another premix I must try. BB has sooo many!

Tracy, GS Biceps is my favourite bicep workout, I love the hammer curls with forearm rotation, enjoy!

Conni, good workout, I find Seasun's choreography good but bewildering is some parts.

Vilma, CW is such a fun workout. Hope you kitty can keep her food down today, that sounds very unpleasant.

Katie, it's so good to be flexible with our workout and listen to our bodies, you're gonna look great in tank tops this summer with all that upper body work!

Carole, let us know how you like your new workout. I bought a 4# med ball at about $40.00 for these workout but it's too darn big. I happened upon a soft 3# ball endorsed by Sharon Mann that's much smaller yesterday at a mere $7.00, one of life's little bonuses:)

Hi all,

I did 35 min. of taebo with weighted gloves using 2 different workouts. Just can't seem to get into anything these days. I don't even want to lift weights this week. sigh. Probably will be an all cardio with maybe a circuit thrown in this week type of week.

It is a little bit after twelve noon in NYC, and, since I am not a morning person, I am going to do an hour of kickboxing in my gym tonight plus work my legs on the Nautilus machines.

You fit ladies are amazing with your long workouts. I love to work out very long, but I am getting older, and I wonder if that is affecting my workouts. Last night, I did a mishmosh of step workouts that lasted about 70 minutes and burned 500 calories.
 
Just finished my w/o. I decided to do IMAX2 intervals 1-5 premix and then PUB. Great workout. I just fall in love with the pyramids every time I do them. It's been a while since I picked them up. So many workouts to do.... so little time....:+
