Phyllis( and anyone else who didn't see it.ha) I wrote last night...just a quick note. Jane emailed me and said LEAVING FOR THE HOSPITAL and wanted me to let everyone here know !!!!!

But no email or anything yet this morning. So I imagine she's still there.

I can't wait to hear something!!!!

OMG on the workout. I can tell you now I'll be subbing!
I have NO idea what an appropriate sub is, but I think I'll probably just do an interval ride on my bike and then maybe add on the KM LCD's at the end.

Good Morning Fit Chicks!

Today is PUB and Bonus Cardio.

Becky: I don't blame you for subbing, that workout was just overkill.

Phyllis: I did IB+Legs yesterday....it is just horrid. You will sleep well tonight! :eek:

Jane: I can't wait for the news.
 
I just did 60 minute interval ride on the stationary bike.
will add on KM LCD's in a minute.

Today will be either Yoga or Core Syn. I will decide when it's time for me to work out.

I am so happy to hear that Jane's grandson is on his way! He actually could be here by now! I hope everything went smoothly for her DIL. I hate hearing about tough labor/delivery stories. My experience went so smoothly. I couldn't imagine going through what some folks experience!:eek:

I hope Connie's DH is okay.

I have that one today too (HCE) but I'm not sure if I should attempt it being that my cold is also in my chest now - having coughing fits since late last night.

I'm still going to try something though so if I can't get through HCE/Interval Blast w/Legs premix then I may just do the very simple Basic Step x( or just try doing HSTA again and maybe see if I can get through it this time around

So eciting always to hear about a new baby! I hope she has a good delivery expierience.

Hi Everyone,

I did HCE interval blast w/ legs this morning and it was tough. So far I am not sore yet, but I know I will be tomorrow. Luckily, tomorrow will be upper body.

Wonderful news about the baby, congrats to Jane and family!

DH is resting, doing well from surgery but they can't take him off the ventilator yet, I think we will have a party when they do, it will be a big step.

I did Imax 2 today and CW abs, I don't have HC xtreme...

tomorrow I plan on doing Tracey's new sculpt dvd, so that is off the rotation also. OOPs!

Conni - I'm so glad your DH is doing well!! Praying for as quick a wean from the ventilator as possible.

Oh what a day! My feelings for that little baby are undescribable. Holding him for the first time was just incredible. I fell hard! I am definitely in love.

I uploaded a few pics and you know there will be more coming as the weeks roll on!

Well today I did PUB, which I love...tomorrow I'll have to figure something out...all depends on when I get out of bed!

I enjoyed hearing about everyone's easter and Monday...hope to check in everyday, but most definately will after April 17th!

Daily Check-in

Good evening! This is a super stressful week at work, and I am too tired to think. I have been missing in action for a few days. I hope I can write a few coherent sentences before Tammy sends out the search and rescue team!

Tammy, I started my 16-week fat blasting rotation Sunday morning with Rhythmic Step. I did the Butts and Guts abs and stretch segments Sunday night, and I enjoyed my beloved Butts and Guts leg blast premix yesterday morning. This morning, I had a blast with the Body Max 2 cardio and weights premix. Fun, fun, fun! Body Max 2 is still the crown jewel of this new series. I love the choreography in this workout. My new Reebox cross training shoes did not feel good during the warm-up, so I returned to my Nike Shox Turn and Go cross training shoes. Perfect! I have special shoes for special workouts. It is funny how different choreography flows better and feels more comfortable with different shoes. I will be having a serious shoe crisis when it comes time to pack my bags for the Road Trip! Cathe will think I am a nut if I change shoes during one of her live classes! The party in New Jersey starts 4 months from tonight! Speaking of Cathe, she has been very quiet lately. She must be working on something good!

My butt was sore from the Butts and Guts leg blast premix that I did yesterday morning, and my abs were super sore from the Butts and Guts abs that I did Sunday night. It was hard to do the Body Max 2 ab and core work today. I coasted through part of it.

I am super tired again tonight. My meals and snacks are packed for tomorrow, and I am ready to call it a day. I am planning to do Cardio Kicks tomorrow morning and hoping to go to the club after work and jog in the pool.

Tammy, congratulations on the new job. What an answer to prayer! By the way, the interval blast plus legs workout is my favorite on the Hardcore Extreme DVD. No talking trash about IMAX3 or Kick Max or Hardcore Extreme! I love, love, love the Kick Max blast challenge. It is my cardio cocaine! Feel free to write negative remarks about High Step Training and the Gym Styles. LOL!

Jane, congratulations on the new grandson! He is precious!
