>Vilma... eTools has me at 19 but the new formula
>questionnaire I did in december at the meeting when the new
>program was unveiled had me at 18, I chose 19 though.
Jane, I have a question about that quiz.
I use Cathe's workouts exclusively following her monthly rotations and give myself Saturday and Sundays off as rest days but with the warm weather I usually go out on long walks on those days
So where does that fit into those questions - I don't sit at a desk all day long but I'm also not running around or standing all day - this is confusing me.
When I started with WW on the Flex plan back in '03 I think I started at 24 points; then at goal was put on 20 points even though during that 6 week maintaince I was allowed 22 points. I soon found that 20 points was my target points for maintaining my weight loss as 22 points made me gain during that time.
In the past 6 months I slacked off on my points not staying OP which caused my 5 # rebound gain which I'm working on now.
That new system really threw me for a loop.
