Hi ladies,
Today I went on You Tube and did a Pop Sugar Cardio 'Boxing' workout for 45 minutes. Reason I put the boxing in quotes is that I found it to be a kickboxing workout not just boxing she had lots of kicking.
It was good and worked up a good sweat!
Hot and muggy day here, supposed to rain later.
