Is the month almost half over? My DD leaves for University again in 2.5 weeks :(

Today I did a mix of Xtrain chest/shoulders + 5 ride segments and my own stretch. So, in total - 50 minutes.

Hi ladies,

Today I went on You Tube and did a Pop Sugar Cardio 'Boxing' workout for 45 minutes. Reason I put the boxing in quotes is that I found it to be a kickboxing workout not just boxing she had lots of kicking.

It was good and worked up a good sweat!

Hot and muggy day here, supposed to rain later.

Sorry about missing my check in yesterday. We travelled all day then when out for dinner and socializing.
I did get an intervals run in today then did 35 minutes of lower body strength.
