I spread my workouts out over the day.
I did:
12min Shelly Dose walking w/o
30 min Shelly Dose Kettlebell w/o. Actually let me share the link as I was quite impressed with this tough little w/o:
20min walk outside
And last but not least of all, I did the scheduled BB Build Shoulders... 38min shoulder work! I bet I will feel that in the coming days.
Another really hot day here as well....besides my walk, I did a 35 min upper body blender workout using various
"Toys"....ball, band, barbell, etc.. I love my toys!
All great workouts today girls!! Sounds like you really like to walk aquagirl? Me too.
Oh, is still warm in PA, VA & Ontario?
Much cooler here, 21 degrees, went for a short walk at the lake. It was gorgeous.
Ceci, how many emails have you shared with your daughter so far? I know you must miss her a lot. Hope she is settling in okay in her new home on campus.
