Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did more C&E - Chris only for 45 minutes (total body). I will do my own stretch now.

Linda - Nice mix of Cathe and KCM yesteray
Nora - You got it in a nice variety of instructors (was your KB workout from YT? - I have a couple of her dvds somewhere)
Annette - Good golly you sure are good at finding new KB workouts and you seem to like most of them :)
Nicki - yeah to getting in a workout yesterday. How do you feel today?

KCM- Start Here- dvd mix- 18 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. Rowing & Full Body Strength
YT-CrossRope- 10 min Beginner Full Body & Low Impact Ropeless Jump Rope

And yes, I got my sun max in yesterday.

Today I stayed home and found (yes another new to me YouTube Kickboxing workout) (I know I am a broken record). It was a 4 year old FitCombat that was again in Spanish and 48 minutes long.

Instructor was Steven Jaramillo and he was very easy to follow. I really enjoyed this one a lot. I really should go to the gym but not sure I will. I think my age is catching up to me,LOL!

Nice workouts so far ladies.

YT- FitCombat- (was again in Spanish)= 48 minutes- Love those types of workouts no matter how old they are. Still are enjoyable and give ya a good sweaty workout. I don't workout in a gym ever, I'm a home workout girl.

Plus add-on of weighted floorwork for abs, legs and glutes= 20 minutes

No workout for me today. As for me I had three workouts on my schedule for today, but got sidelined with errands, so I will do today's workout Friday instead.

Surprisingly, I am only feeling minor pain in my right leg. Nice! I think I will stick with the bands for a while.
