Good Morning Everyone,

Today I started my day with........... Circuit Blast. I have not done that one in a loooooooooooog time. It was really good. The workout is essentially 33 minutes if you don't factor in warm up and cool down. I added on ICE Back Meltdown. ICE ICE ICE - just loving this series. The adjective intermediate is deceptive! There is just so much in here.

Have a great day everyone. Glad to see some of us squeezed in workouts - even at the end of the day. I just cannot workout late in the day at all. My negative self convinces me to sit on the couch and just spend the evening reading - essentially doing nothing.

I hope to do a total body weights/bands,etc. workout this evening since I did mostly cardio- based last night.

Hi ladies,

I really want the w/o but knowing I am so limited in my movements makes it harder. Even something like Cize would get me all excited and jumping without even thinking about it.

I decided to try one of the w/o's my mom has been doing. Leslie Sansone 3 mile burn fat walk. I wore 1kg powergloves for the whole thing and was quite surprised to see I burnt over 300cal in 47min of walking with some are movements.

Tomorrow I can maybe get in another upper body weights session as that is one thing I am sure won't affect my shins.

((Henriette)), so sorry you are having troubles. I hope your rehab prescription from a PT will be of some help & relief. I was wondering if you have ever had your gait, supination etc. assessed?

I am in the midst of moving week, some snags, but going relatively well I think. No sleep though. lol. There have been jackhammers going here since 3:50 am & I CANNOT WAIT till get in the new spot (Saturday) & sleep & sleep & sleep. I am so excited to rest!!

I noticed that YogaDownload has a Groupon and have been considering (and perhaps budgeting) getting this when LIVE is finished. $15 Canadian for three months is pretty good I think & I heard the reviews were good. I do not do ashtanga or those intense types of Yoga, but I think it has things like Pilates offered as well.
