Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a short 35 minute Xtrain ride premix. What a great workout, great music, great instructor. How does Cathe do Cathe so well? Please Cathe - get a podcast going if you can fit one in!!!!!!!

Hi Ceci,

Today son and I went to the gym for a upper body and abs weight workout. I managed the same chest press barbell weight as last week but still couldn't get one rep at 120 with son spotting me.

Then I did chest flies, dumbbell hammer curls, barbell bicep curl, lat pull down wide and under hand grips, 1 arm overhead standing triceps and floorwork abs. Total time ~65 minutes.

Then I came home and did KCM TLC BOXING COMBOS premix which is 32 minutes.

I am finished for the day with exercise.

Oh and during my stretch my inner thighs were screaming at me because of yesterday's leg workout, ouch!![emoji44]
