I don't know how, but I threw out my back last night :( :( I think today is a rest day :( :(

Today is GSL.... I'm still sore from B&G on Tuesday, so I know I'm doing something right!

I have a department meeting this afternoon but plan on GSL when I get back.

Tammy - 2 words: Muscle relaxers! I have some back issues that periodically require serious meds. Stay comfortable, I feel for you!!

Today was another sub, surprise???

I did Mindy's new All Systems Go. I think this is tougher than Cathe to be honest, if that is possible. I had to modifer some of the cardio segments, they are killers! My legs were still fried. She uses a bodybar but I subbed hand weights and my barbell bar for some sections. Interesting and different moves, and no heavy lifting, but man was it a doozy!!!!!!!
 
Hey girls.

My work out is done. Got biceps and abs done by 8am and was done with my run at 11. I had to shorten my run about about 5-10 mins though cuz DS decided to stink out the daycare workers at the gym. :7 No biggie. I got MOST of ITread 21 done so I'm happy. :)

Connie: I recently acquired Mindy's Kick Butt Boot Camp. It's my first and only Mindy work out. I am find some of the choreo hard to follow but I guess when you are used to a particular instructor that will happen. Overall though, I am liking the work outs-there are 3 20 min segements and I've done 2 so far. They are good for a quick sweat! I also find her to be a bit "over the top" in the perky personality department but that's okay. I am more concerned with liking the work out itself then the instructor's personality. :)
 
Hi gals,

I did PLB warm up then the floorwork, then did select standing legwork off of Legs and Glutes (ie.. the 3 sets of plie squats and leg extensions and side leg raises standing(can't think of the proper name).. then did abs off of PSSL&A and off of MIS. Really good workout for my leg day.

I managed to make it to work today which was TOUGH! I took aspirin on an empty stomach this morning and promptly threw it up...BLECH!!! I never thought work would end and I was on the verge of tears all day;( ;( ;( I did call in sick for tomorrow.

I am now resting, icing, ibuprofen-ing and PRAYING!!

Phyllis ~ I had to go to work as I barely have enough accrued time for my vacation :(

Jane ~ I always hated leg workouts, but when you find what works for you it just kind of encourages you to keep going!!

Tammy, I wish I could! Hit the Motrin and the heating pad, that I can offer you...:(

Wendy, I agree about the older Mindy personality. However, on this one she is more low key, and not goofy or chatty at all, you are too busy going from one section to another to have any time for that stuff. I thought she made a real effort here to tone things down without getting drop dead serious. I really think this one is going to grow on me, and I didn't expect that at all.
