Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Midas Movement for biceps and triceps (30 minutes) and added on 15 minute nobadaddiction cardio workout. I stretched in between the minute rests during the MM workout. I don't mind workouts without talking. Not sure why it doesn't bother me. I can't do a workout that lacks both talking and music.

Linda - I hope you are enjoying today's workout medley
Nicki - the LMR2 series is really good. I was iffy about the first series. I didn't do much of it.
Annette - I'm guessing today is a gym day?
Nora - stellar cardio workout yesterday with some good variety :)

Another good workout combo Siobhan, with Midas Movement for biceps and triceps (30 minutes) & a 15 minute nobadaddiction cardio workout. I don't mind workouts without talking either, as long as they cue
good. I don't mind no music either........if it's a shorter workout, and as you said, if there's no music, they
need to give instructions.

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Barbell Sculpt" - 18 min.
Blender- "Cardio & Loops" - 30 min.

Hi ladies,

Maybe I am being a wimp, but those abs DOMS are knocking me for a loop. I can't laugh or cough or heaven forbid sneeze without major pain!!

So sorry Siobhan today was not a gym day. Today I started with about 10 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes to try and stretch some of the muscles out. I even did the same exercise that gave me the soreness with lighter weights. It is still very painful and I normally take Tylenol morning and evening for arthritis and even with that in my system sometimes the pain catches me off guard if I accidentally jerk or turn or for that matter get up from sitting or like I am right now on the floor sitting.

Anyway, griping aside ,despite my pain I pushed through with modifications and did Hardcore Kickbox Circuit with Guillermo Gomez and Janis Saffell which was 54 minutes of kickboxing and weights and pain,sigh.

Nice workouts ladies!

I think we both have the same best friend right now, Tylenol. My SI joint, knee & something else was out..(went to chiropractor yesterday) and I dislike taking anything,
but sometimes……..hope you’ll feel better!

Plus 15 minute YT- nobadaddiction cardio workout, Nicely done:)

You found a workout that does not have music, I'd be ok with that. I know my Trainer Hub workouts do not have music. They do show on screen what specific
moves they are doing and how many reps, with countdown timer on screen. No talking, but I don't mind it.

Annette- Sorry your DOMS are deciding to visit you longer. I'd suggest gentle stretches and maybe walking to loosen up things. No matter what, take it easy, and having Tylenol as a BFF right is not a bad idea.

It's hard to believe you have DOMs at all. That's a good thing!
