YT-Michelle Briehler- "20 min. Standing Cardio Abs"
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Rowing & Upper Body/Core EMOM

Pain is better, but my cheek is swollen now and my info sheets say swelling doesn't peak until 3 days out, oh my!!

And my inner thighs still hurt a lot!!

Annette- So glad to hear the pain is better. Wow 3 days on the swelling, I'd definitely consider ice that would help with pain & swelling. Sorry your thighs and butt are still sore rom the workout the other day. Take it easy and rest. I'll keep you in my prayers- sending healing prayers. Rest & be well;)
