Blender- "Metabolic Strength with Jump Rope Intervals" - 22 min.
YT-Michelle Briehler- "20 min. Standing Cardio Abs"
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Rowing & Upper Body/Core EMOM

Pain is better, but my cheek is swollen now and my info sheets say swelling doesn't peak until 3 days out, oh my!!

And my inner thighs still hurt a lot!!

Annette, glad to hear pain is better,,,& hopefully soon the swelling will lessen.

sorry your thighs still hurt, guess we can’t blame that on the dentist :)
