Good Morning Friends!

Whoa! this check in is growing. Ahhhmaaazing! I love seeing us all checking in.

I took a rest day yesterday.

Today I did ICE Bootcamp with BB's mixed in. ICE is soooooooo much better for me when I mix in the blasts and meltdowns. What a brilliant concept! I didn't appreciate this set initially. Now, I can't stop using it.

For our new friends, please feel free to start us off if you are up first. Just remember to label the thread 'daily check in' so we can find you. I've made this mistake several times!

hello friends!! Still not feeling it. I did Dana Pieper's Every body fitness, strength only section. I added a few minutes of abs and an extra stretch. I work at a school (school nurse) so the beginning of the school year is a kick in the teeth!! I'm exhausted. But I'll get over it soon, I always do. Just whining.

Today I a new kickbox workout that I found to use in my class. It was 50 minutes and I tweaked it just a bit, but it is simple but effective and hopefully easy to catch onto.

My middle son has a job interview this afternoon, whoohooo!

Hi.

Today was BB Build Shoulders... I miss my cardio w/o's but these BB already take up a big chunk of my evening and I like how they make me feel, stronger every day, but also exhausted!

Tlc93, I know sometimes it is hard to get going again, I didn't workout last night and tonight is "iffy" right now,
I want to,but lagging a little!

Annette, Bravo! So, so glad to hear the good news of your son's new job! :)

Excellent job ladies on all of your workouts! tlc - I can see why you are feeling tired especially with your job. I am not sure why I am not feeling it lately. Probably just very pooped as well. I do have an "extreme" Vitamin D deficiency apparantly, which I am working on. Everything feels like a mountain. lol. Ceci, I think ICE is a treasure (although I do not think I am as advanced as yourself), I just am not so crazy about the core work in it & the Upper Body one is hard on my neck. The rest all makes up for it, though. lol.

All of my DVDs have been moved already (I am in the middle of a move) & Cathe LIVE has not been working at all. I will probably do my own restorative yoga this evening. I'm a bit sore anyway from the last workout! ;)

Hi ladies I've done day 5 of xtrain today which was the loooong leg workout. I'm pooped but feel so good. Elsie I too suffer from vitamin d deficiency and it feels like everything is just that bit harder but my gut tells me these workouts will go a long way to helping me. Goodnight ladies and hope you all have a fabulous Friday.
