Hi, ladies:
I have decided to follow Dani and train for a marathon. I am not actually going to do the marathon, but I have a copy of the novice training schedule she is using. I have ran this week and I just love it. I was kinda getting sick of step tapes anyway. I dont even carry a walkman, because I am having so much fun saying hello to the other runners that are out. Anyhoo-today I ran 4 miles, and did extremely heavy chest and pushups at the gym with the guys. I am going to be sore tomorrow but I LOVE THAT FEELING. SO tomorrow, is more running and we'll see what else I feel up to. Maybe Abs, and shoulders (I love doing shoulders). Til tomorrow...
