hi gals

I did parts of pure strength chest, shoulders, 1 exercise for back, all of abs and part of the floor work for legs. Then I did taebo Kick Express for a little cardio.

I am now down 15 pounds from my high and back down to the weight I was before going on pednisone over a yr ago. Whoo hoo for me.

My winter wardrobe should fit beautifully this year.
 
Hi ladies its 8:45 pm I just got home from a long day. I've had something goin on almost every evening. I've tried to get up early to workout in a.m. But I don't have the motivation in the morning. Tomorrow morning I have to be at a 7 am breakfast meeting :(

I hope to come back soon. I feel like I'm starting to spread....:eek:
