I did parts of pure strength chest, shoulders, 1 exercise for back, all of abs and part of the floor work for legs. Then I did taebo Kick Express for a little cardio.
I am now down 15 pounds from my high and back down to the weight I was before going on pednisone over a yr ago. Whoo hoo for me.
My winter wardrobe should fit beautifully this year.
